Finding Beauty in the Junkyard… a Gallery by Sheila Murphy

Every now and then we stumble upon something amazing. That is what happened with a Facebook post that turned into a conversation about old junkyards in Michigan. Sheila capture some gorgeous photos in the final resting places of these classic iconic vehicles. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did! ~Doni

  1. My goto tv channel is Motor Trend the one that used to be V something. My favorite is Graveyard Cars a show that brings back Dodge and Plymouth cars. I forget the owner’s name but he’s a walking encyclopedia on above car part numbers and history. Another good shows include Garage something working on cars needing tlc and Overhauling. They used to hijack setup cars to work on but now they let people they are on the show. This includes the designs by someone I’m sure you know. Sorry I can’t think of his name. I can’t think of any more shows but some are quite good. Enjoy

  2. update on Motor Trend shows-First attempt is Mark Warman from Graveyard cars, second is Garage Squad fixing cars needing tlcs. I,ve seen the Squad a few lately but Graveyards seems to be among the missing. Overhauling features designs by Chip Foose. More later!
